we ask you to

  • arrive in good time for your dental treatments. If you need to rearrange or cancel an appointment, we ask you to give us at least 48 hours notice to avoid a charge
  • follow our instructions to care for and improve your smile
  • maintain your smile and oral health by attending review/check-up appointments as advised by the team
  • pay for treatments when requested. We accept cash, cheques and most major credit or debit cards. Should you wish to spread the cost of treatment, we offer a range of payment schemes of which one should be perfect just for you
